Sherbourne Health
A community health centre at 333 Sherbourne St, about seven minutes away. It takes a small number of new primary care clients who live in certain postal codes, M5A among them.
Health Care Connect can take time, and joining it does not mean a clinician is found straight away. Sherbourne Health asks people who qualify to call 416-324-4100 and ask for an intake application appointment. You need OHIP or Interim Federal Health coverage, and no family doctor already.
