The plain terms for using this website. It is an information site for a medical clinic that has not opened yet, and it is not a way to get care.
What this website is
This website describes Kind Clinic, a medical clinic that is coming to 231 Dundas St E in Toronto. The clinic is not open. Nothing on the site is an appointment, a referral or an offer to see you.
Nothing here is medical advice. The pages explain what a service is and how it is expected to work in Ontario. They are not a substitute for talking to a doctor, a nurse or a pharmacist about your own situation.
Reading this site does not make you a patient. It does not create a relationship between you and the clinic or any clinician, and nobody at the clinic has reviewed your circumstances because you read a page.
If you are unwell, speak to your own doctor, a pharmacist or a walk-in clinic. In an emergency, call 911.
Using the site
You may read, print and share pages for your own personal use. Please do not copy the site as a whole, present it as your own, or use it in a way that stops it working for other people.
The one form on the site, at /notify/, asks for a name and an email address so we can send one email when we open. What happens to those details is set out on the privacy page, and that page is part of these terms.
We try to keep the site available, but it may be offline for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We may change or remove any page at any time without notice.
Accuracy
We work to keep every page accurate and current, and a check in the build tests the wording against Ontario’s rules for physician advertising. Even so, a page can go out of date. Opening dates and services described on this site are plans until the clinic opens, and they may change.
Some pages link to other organisations, such as Ontario government sites. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for what they publish or how they handle your information.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent Ontario law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or from relying on anything on it. Nothing in these terms limits a right that cannot be limited by law.
The legal part
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Ontario. Any dispute about them is for the courts of Ontario.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date below is the date they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
